Geneva accused of breaking into his home through a window, suffocating his victim in a domestic incident
Police say a 27-year-old Geneva resident faces serious felony charges after a family issues complaint on Genesee St.
The Geneva Police Department said that on May 17, around 2:15 a.m., police were called to Genesee St. over a family-related complaint.
Upon investigation, police said a man entered the victim’s residence through a window and picked up his phone. After picking up the cell phone, the suspect suffocated the victim until she passed out.
Later that morning, police took Kieran D. Jackson, 27, into custody on two counts, including first-degree burglary and third-degree theft.
Police said Jackson was being held pending arraignment and will answer the charges at a later date in local court.
